Guys,
I posted this in the communist section but figured I`d post it here also. I`ve had this pin for some time now and always thought it was a standard communist party pin from the 1950`s until I looked at the back and saw the maker mark and where it was made, which led me to wonder, is this a Communist Rot Front party members pin, the same ones which did battle with the Nazis in the streets in the 1920`s and early 1930`s? If it is, how rare are these pins?

PS. The enamel on this pin is very well done, however does not come across very well in this picture
